Say hello to Graham and Charlotte who married last month at the stunning Goldstone Hall in Shropshire.

How did you both meet?
In 2004 We were part of a brand new team opening a large store and we met at the training sessions, we were partnered together and were best mates for 2 years before we became a couple

What was the proposal like?

We frequently go to Dublin with our best mates to visit their cousins, on our 2017 trip we visited the Guinness store house during the day it was amazing we then went back to our hotel to get ready to go out on the town, we all got dropped off at the Ha’Penny bridge I was taking pictures and as I turned around everyone I was with was on the other side of the bridge,I couldn’t see Gray I could just see my best friend crying I looked down and gray was on one knee…..

How did you find wedding planning?

It took me until the following December after being engaged to accept he’d FINALLY asked me, we booked the venue on our 1 year engagement anniversary planning to get married in May 2020, We had always spoke about what we would have so it felt easy, then Covid hit and we decided to change the colour scheme and make it feel brand new if it wasn’t for my mum we would have been lost she helped us do so much.

Why did you choose your wedding venue?

We have been together so long we have been to every venue you can think of in Telford and surrounding areas, a friend of a friend tagged themselves in a picture at our venue, Graham googled the venue and we decided to book an appointment the minute we arrived it felt perfect for us

What was your favourite part of your wedding day?

Every single minute of the day was perfect we wouldn’t change a thing, We couldn’t pick one moment.

What song did you have for your first dance, and why did you choose it?

Graham is a delivery driver and listens to the radio all day long he came home one day after we had gotten engaged and told me to listen to the song: The Shires My Universe, we both cried and knew from that moment that would be “our song”
